Jayasree madam is an extremely patient person and is very professional in her approach. From what I have experienced, I think she listens to the patients very carefully and advises accordingly. The plan that she provides is always simple and something that the patient can follow. I have lost 8 Kgs so far over a period of 3 months. I lifestyle is sedentary.
