Had an appointment at 5:30; made us wait until 6:10. Then despite having an appointment for two simultaneous manicures and pedicures they were understaffed and could only do one at a time. Additionally, the layout of the salon is such that there's a massive wall between both pedicure chairs so it makes little sense to come with a friend. The pedicurist was terrible and kept cutting me with the nail file.

I’m not from Kolkata and was very worried about going to a new salon and trying someone for getting services specially my Eyebrows but I was indeed lucky to have landed at Lakme Middleton Street where Srijoyee has made my life so much easier.
She’s a very professional, hygienic and commendable employee here. She is very meticulous with her work and will never disappoint you.
If you’re living in this part of Kolkata you should not go anywhere but here and take services from Srijoyee for sure!!!
