This is a descent fitness center ranging from basic gym training to physiotherapy.
The notable thing that stands out here compared to other places is that the trainers are very approachable and helpful.
Don't expect too many machines or dumbbells racked up, just a place where you get the basic appliances to carry forward.
Do give it a shot, bet you won't be dejected.
