Very rude and unprofessional behavior.I purchased sobaro deep tiles from their shop.out of 11 boxes,5 boxes tiles were completely cracked and broken.almost 50% tiles were broken. I informed them but they didn't take any action.they were very casual in their behavior like it was not a very big deal and it happens .they don't change or provide extra tiles at their shop . customer have to go to their godown which is far away from their shop and look like still underdeveloped area.one important thing is their staff dhirubhai whose behavior is extremely rough who thinks himself dhirubhai ambani. Completely a fraud shop.

It is situated by the side of JBS Haldane Avenue,Topsia More. Easily teachable from Park Circus 7 point crosding or Science city on Eastern metropolitan bypass Road. It is showroom and sales centre for Granite Centre. The showroom displayed many number of colourful and good quality Granites , it was 88 types of granite slab pieces displayed nicely. Friendly stuffs and the owner Mr.Kasat helped in selecting Granite peice for our domestic purpose.This many different types of granites availablr in a single shop is not many. Good place for choice. It has designer tiles also available here.
