Krishana biswas from behala. Ashamed of using ultrapure product. The product quality is bad and service is very very bad. Worse experince ever.never use their product. The sales and marketing people are very bad.they forgets their cuatomera after selling the product. When we call they disconnect the call and put our number in DNC. Their behaviour is not good. We are facing problem in chimney from past 3 months and they are constantly ignoring us. We have called more then 40 times but no response yet. Poor company and vompany people. Bad ..worst experience ever. Even foothpath people are better then their service people.
