Very rude and unprofessional behavior.I purchased sobaro deep tiles from their shop.out of 11 boxes,5 boxes tiles were completely cracked and broken.almost 50% tiles were broken. I informed them but they didn't take any action.they were very casual in their behavior like it was not a very big deal and it happens .they don't change or provide extra tiles at their shop . customer have to go to their godown which is far away from their shop and look like still underdeveloped area.one important thing is their staff dhirubhai whose behavior is extremely rough who thinks himself dhirubhai ambani. Completely a fraud shop.

Extremely bad customer service. They sold me a product that they didn't have and when I went to take the delivery, they behaved rudely.
The shop looks great and have sales people who are great when they are trying to get your money and don't care after you have paid.
