The never had a worst experience like this. I placed a order in delivery star app on 7th September and the amount got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. So I have contacted the customer care team in karur. They told me that the order is not placed and we will initiate your refund request. It has been 2 weeks still I did not receive any update from them. I am calling the customer care person daily and he's not even responding properly. I don't know whom should I contact to get the solution. I need my money to get refund back (its 1175 rupees) . Order number 176696.
