There is need to change the staff taking the appointment......they r v rude n do nt give a proper reply to the queries ....which really creates a problem for us.......and inspite of having such great doctors we feel unsatisfied........,?

Sure... Dr. S.K. Katiyar is known as best in kanpur for chest related diseases but one think i would like to focus out there, about their management and supporting staff behavior is like worst in quality. Although appointment system is like "paisa feko tamasah dekho" for taking a appointment there is several types of rates 150/- 500/- 1000/- charged for people. Or wo bhi ehasaan ke sath subha se sham tak baitho or raat me dikhao aur agar staff se setting h to turant dikha lo, and i dont think these all incidents are unknown from doctor, aap naam likhane jao to likhenge he nhi kyuki aadat bigad chuki h.........but more or less Dr. is the best...!!!! (0_0)?

This is a very bad hospital ...Even in emergency they refuse to give treatments and not even serious abt patients health...They having a illiterate staff who even dnt knw how to talk ...Yes one more thing whenever u go to the hospital u cnt find the head dr there rohit agarwal

Although what i heard that doctor is very good good, but services should also be accordingly. But it is totally opposite, as I am trying to get an appointment for my father but numbers shared are not reachable.
So I think they should keep on checking if the numbers are reachable or not...
