Initially it was good. But now, neither the speed is okay nor the customer service.
There is network issue almost everyday. No internet for almost 3-4 hours daily.
The team is least responsive to the problem. Nobody addresses the problem And in rare cases if someone does, they don’t even know what the problem is.
NEVER OPT FOR THIS NETWORK.
I AM REGRETTING.
Go for better options. If the problem persists for more days, I am also going to switch to some other ISP. I cannot let my work get affected due to the poor services of ARROW INTERNET.
