I had a pathetic experience with Bajaj Finance. I have taken loan from Bajaj Finserv, i consider it big mistake. They intentionally will charge you extra money in EMI by adding their stupid insurance or some other thing.
In my Case, it was insurance.
And when you confront them. Their Representative will say, its a small amount sir.
Why should i spend a single penny to the services that i don't want.
Even after many escalation, it took them to return my own hard earned money in 4 months.
I will not suggest anyone.
