This is with reference to my policy document (Policy No. 233755512) submitted for discounted maturity on June 30th, 2016, till date I didn't recd. my maturity amount in my saving account of ICICI bank after several follow up with local branch members.
I really feel cheated while taking the decision of investment in LIC of India and disappointed with these kind of services.

Worst services I have ever experienced as a customer. No proper response, the receptionist himself has bossy arrogance.
Everyone is pouring things on others so you just move to and fro around the company and it's people. No solution.
Finally determined to get transfer my policy from this branch to delhi itself.
Not recommended.

Never invest in this company, because they are having a lot of formalities when you approach for death claim,which are very difficult to fulfill,eg if you are having death certificate of deceased person with details of illness from hospital ,then also company asks for details on proforma from hospital which hospital doesn't give easily.If you attach passbook copy and all bank details of
claimant then also they need certificate of account on provided form , which bank always denies to provide.
So I request to all who wants to invest in rellianc Nippon life insurance please never invest in this if you wants comfortable.
