They have started car service and do not have spare parts. They even don't have a fuel filter.
Their mechanics are so brilliant - move brand new tyre from front to back and 3 year old back tyre to front. We can't expect any good service from them.
Service Manager believe in argument instead of accepting their fault.
I would recommend local services centre instead of TATA Authorize service centre with lack of exp. and less trained staff.

Though the station boast of free air but the moment you ask the staff for it, they start behaving rude as if you have asked something from their pocket even complaint goes to deaf ears. This is not expected from a service out let not atleast from Reliance.

Bad behavior of sales man of petrol pum. I am just standing here at 3 AM as just to fill cng in my car as they have written 24/7 service. But i am very disappointed towords the sleeping sales man. And I have also told that i have my family with me. But then he is also he is not responding and still sleeping.
