The property is beautiful, they have a very huge lawn surrounded with flowers. Have few indoor games and a spa.
The restaurant staff is very courteous and helpful, the food taste was average. The rooms are spacious.
They could improve on cleanliness of the bathrooms, also the hot water in bathrooms where not available all the time but we had to make request for the same.
They have a panoramic view of Vaishodevi path from room which is nice to have. They also provided us with pickup and drop to Banganga check-post.
Overall a good place to stay in Katra.

Very very bad experience. Bed Bugs.. Khatmal attack in the night.. Around 13-15 bedbugs were seen in the bedsheet, walls in an hour.. badly maintained property.. worst food.. dal given in the late hours was not fresh. The staff said we have informed about bedbugs to the management many a times, but no action is taken by them, not a simple pest control is done. Extremely horrible experience. Had to leave the hotel due to the khatmal attack at around 1am in the night, with a child, aged parents.

Awesome hotel. Rooms are neat and clean, foods are also too good and tasty. Good hospitality. In fact, all services are good . The staffs are also cordial and helpful. Perfect place to stay with your family and friends.

It is pathetic. Don't even think of staying in this hotel. Very very bad experience. The rooms, linens are very dirty. AC doesn't work. The worst is cockroaches

Stayed here for a couple of days. The stay was great and the staff is really co-operative. Should consider staying here.
