I had to move my furniture and television from Delhi to Srinagar, so I ordered it through Xpressys. When I unboxed the items after a few days, I discovered that everything was broken, especially the television. When I informed them of the situation, they stopped receiving my calls or returning my calls, and they only responded once, claiming that it was my fault that I unboxed the items after a few days. I would have filed a police report, but I was a little busy and had to move to another state, so I am writing this review to warn others about these frauds.

Courier delivery service is fine, but this shop owner is quoting more money than actual pricing of DTDC. Do check DTDC official app for actual pricing before booking any item with this vendor. I went to dispatch an item to Chandigarh and they quoted me Rs. 150 for the same, whereas actual pricing on the app was Rs. 85 only. So be aware and book your courier accordingly.

Worst courier service ever. There is this guy by name Manzoor, he takes 0 responsibilty of parcels, and asks everyone to come and pick from kunzer only.

Their delivery speed is quite good. But witnessing the way they manhandled the parcels is a bit shocking. Fortunately, never received something which was outright broken though sometimes the packaging was completely torn apart. Still they are a reputed delivery operator. One of the first ecommerce delivery services in the city.
