I went there few days ago for the first service of my vehicle. Well, I would say that the experience was not so pleasant, no heed was paid towards cleanliness, and the customer lounge was also not cooled enough. Please pay attention towards how you treat your customers. I have been to the service centres of hyundai at Panipat and Gurgaon and the experience there was way better than the one in Jammu.
But one exception was there which I really liked the most, the person there whose job is to offer water/coffee to the customers. He was the most empathetic and most professional person I found there. He really did his job well and I hope he gets a raise in future.

Though, it's newly opened, still have managed to satisfy customers. Spare parts and service is bit expensive than outside which is a problem but here you get warranty for whatever part or service you get. So, it depends if someone want to go with warranty and spent more than outside or can take chances with no warranty product/service.

It was a worst experience for me
It was a trauma they said they will dry wash inside and took 3000 and when I came to pick up car the lights were blinking an panel buttons were not working they said it will be fine in an hour which didn’t happened and in the morning the battery was drained fully and when I called service agents they said the fuse box is gone and have to change panel
Even today the car is showing malfunction.
UPDATED: After 15 days I realised that car's battery was getting discharged frequently and after visiting Arise service centre, they say the car's battery is destroyed due to short circuit. Now have to shell out more money.
