I appreciate Jatinder Singh, Service Adviser, for his carefully considered service recommendations. On my last visit, he recommended a cost-effective solution to a leakage at the top of the engine block. On my visit yesterday, he recommended cleaning of the throttle valve and assembly. It has resulted in smoother acceleration and much fewer gear changes even in city traffic.
I also appreciate the work done by Inderjeet Singh, the mechanic assigned to the cleaning. He took meticulous care and a fair amount of time to clean the throttle valve and assembly, with impressive attention to detail as he went about this job.
I also appreciate the complementary washing of the car.

I called up your customer care number yesterday through Google. I booked an appointment for my car to be picked up today from my clinic. And they confirmed me about the pick up. However, today I have not gotten any revert from them, nor anyone picked up my call regarding the appointment status. That is pathetic on their part.

They help through going on orignal spare parts but still you can find some places which help you have better services. Hopefully my duster rxl dci doesn't likes to visit the mechanic often .hope you all enjoy your drive and let the engine roar... The cars are doing good on indian roads as compared to the rivals...
