Reception staff was only concerned with billing thing, they are not bothered to ensure if the room is clean before handing over the keys. We are given a used roof and when we complained about it we are given again a used room and housekeeping staff was cleaning in front of us.
Food was good.

Giving one star as pizza was ordered in time despite of heavy rain, however the quality is too low standard and I have specifically mentioned while ordering via Uber eats that 'no onion', still they have delivered pizza with it.. I don't understand if you can't take care of customer requirements and needs then why don't you simply inform them. I would have cancelled it or would have ordered something else. Do you feel great fooling your customers?

I organized my daughter's birthday party and selected the menu. On the occasion, they changed the starters without informing me. Main items like Paneer Tikka/Ver roll their frequency was very low. Out of 10 rounds, it was served only 2 times.
Useless staff, zero corporation.
