Worst hospital worst service no common Toilets on the floor and staff asks you to go to ground floor to use the same.
Uncooperative staff. Do not never ever go go this hospital if zero rating is available i would have given that .. Pathetic

In Deluxe room there is no AC cooling . Subh se complaint karwai hui hai but AC work nhi kar raha. Subh se bol rahe hain ke karwate hain thik per subh se sham ho gayi no action.

Worst experience and unprofessionalism prevails here from guard till doctor. No humanity and respect for the patient from the doctor's side. No preacutions taken from spreading COVID-19, even noone wears masks. I took my grandfather in very critical situation and doctor instead of looking to him was shouting infront of him that he is just a patient for 10 mins, why u people have brought him here. My grandfather was COVID positive and his saturation was very low, instead of giving treatment he called my family near to him and started shouting. I have never seen such inhuman behaviour by any doctor and that too in this critical situation.

Please do not believe on the rating. i went there on the basis of the rating. If you put negative review then they will call you for change it (call received and this one is re-post). I had very bad experience over there. Doctors were not on time. long list of different tests (6-7 test for every visit - result not cleared yet in my case ) always waiting for you.

To be very honest Dr. Ram Babu Gupta is a good doctor and providing his services with very reasonable fees but Hospital is very badly maintained. Everythings are broken ( Beds , bed side table , visit sitting table, portable curtains). Washrooms and bathrooms are very dirty. Toiletries are not available. Even in the situation of covid-19 these is no proper precaution, bed sheets should be changed on daily basis , Hand disinfectant should be placed. According to services patients are charged very high. Good hospital for primary treatment but not for serious conditions patients. Some staff members are very humble towards the patient, but unfortunately some of them are not well trained.
