Finalized a payment with the owner. On the day of marriage firstly baghi arrived late for decoration. Secondly the guy on the baggi behaved like goons not allowing the groom to come out of the baggi without bakshish also didn't move without bakshish. Paid anothe 2-3k to the baggi guys. The way they behaved with the guests was not acceptable at all, felt like slapping the two guys. Unfortunately thats how the industry works. Overall i will suggest to speak to the owner about these bakshishs beforehand and save yourself from the last moment torture.

Very unprofessional band.
The band wala and the ghodi wala were haggling amongst themselves for money .
Very disappointed with their behaviour.
They all were in a rush and hurry to just complete the baraat procession.
Will not recommend this band.

Jaipur Virasat Foundation is doing a great job to promote Rajasthani music. I attended a program by the 'langas', we are lucky to have such organization in Jaipur which is contributing towards the preservation, growth and acceptance of Rajasthani music.
I feel they too will come up in a big way in time to come. Such organizations are evoking the interest of youth in their own culture.
