Ordered mattresses of five inches but got me delivered six inches of defective pieces...the mattress is curved and bulging on the side which is incorrigible. I called up the office for three days consecutively but nobody was willing to do anything...they didn't even come to inspect the problem I have even though the product I got has 10 year warranty card. The customer service sucks...once the goods are sold, they don't care about the warranty card because the customer had already paid and they got the money. I won't recommend them to anyone...they really suck.
