Bodhi yoga studio – Alwal, is one of the best yoga studios in Hyderabad I have found till date.
A very beautiful place. Very calm and relaxing. A perfect place for energizing and starting our day. All the trainers here are excellent. Very friendly, warm & welcoming. They motivate us so much and make the classes very joyful.

Hi ! I have started going to Reddy’s Nature Cure at Tarnaka. I could reduce 12 kgs in 2 months. Yogasanas and therapies are quite effective. I have strictly followed the diet suggested by Dr. Reddy. I could influence my wife. She also started. Her weight is reduced by 6 kgs in one month. She is getting relief from back pain. Nishanth babu is an unmatched yoga instructor and teaches authentic yoga in the traditional way. He is a very attentive and patient instructor and is mindful of the limits of his students and also ensures that they excel through encouragement. Classes are attended by local and foreign students alike and it is a very warm and welcoming environment. I was privileged enough to have received three weeks of instruction at ABHYASA YOGA SCHOOL with Nishanth Babu and i'm amazed at the progress I've made in such a short time. I'll definitely return!

ArunaYoga Teacher Training course is a comprehensive program. It included all foundations to becoming a Yoga Therapist. It is also a great treat to be able to enjoy a treatment or two to relax in between all the learning and practice at the in house Ayurveda Wellness Spa.
