Took a person to their center. Very rude, inattentive front desk. The appointment was not confirmed, the receptionists knew nothing, and Jhansi was particularly incompetent and cold. The one thing they did with alacrity was to keep calling the Dr to remind her to stop at exactly one hour even if it meant the patient was being given instructions. For a center boasting of helping people in need this is a rude shock. The management seems completely unconcerned on the patient wellness. Very poor training of staff.
