I am an beginner. The thing which I like about the Vishnu IAS academy is genuinity. Vishnu sir and his team were everytime approachable and helpful. The quality of classes are the best in the industry. No need to go Delhi when everything is available at Hyderabad because intially I thought of going Delhi. Finally I am very happy. Before joining they said don't worry about your fees. If you not interested we definitely refund your money back.but this institute will not refund money after paying fees... Before lockdown I joined this institute and paid Rs.3000/- one days later no more classes started. Few days later i asked refund my money.they said "we don't give you any refund after paying the fees" It's not good in office management and they don't stand on their given words to students...

I would like to mention my experience having communicated to Counseller's who assist on the admissions/enqueries.
I was charged 10 thousand more for IIT coaching for 11th standard.When i spoke to their counseller's at Bangalore office, i was told
they do not have a fixed fee structure. When i further insisted to return the amount, they disagreed and instead offered me for a concession in the fees for 12th Standard.
The counseller's are very rude and are not approachable. However the faculty and teaching is good.
Would request Byju's management to take this up seriously.

Very good Institute with Well Experienced Faculty. We joined our brothers daughter here, after discussing with the management and seeing the faculty, infrastructure, student caring.. I really impressed and got hope on the results. They ensure that, NEET seat guarantee and if not refundable... This is shows their capability and confident. We dont mind whether our daughter got seat or not... I am sure that, they will make our daughter knowledgeable and improve confident. I have taken platinum membership that is for three years i can attend many batches BUT no one responded,no one lifted the call , we were not given access to online classes,if due to COVID we couldn't attend to the offline classes. No response came ever. What for did we pay 20k for a 3 months course ? For 4 hours class for 3 months ? If i was assured three years i can attend classes for such high fees and they don't give that . Give my fees back then. It lost its goodwill in my eyes. i will never join or recommend anyone to join this campus at all.
