Went here for the annual maintenance. The response was prompt, SA was assigned immediately and enquired on any issues. The overall service was good, addressed the habd brake issue promptly. However, there was no updates or communication on my mobile once I handed them the vehicle, which is very unlike Ford. I had to call them twice post lunch to enquire and had to follow up. Never faced such issue before. Overall, the service was good, but could improve a bit more. The service cost was as per the Ford promise of low cost.

Customer is fabulous but the area where Ford showroom is muddy and always drainage water is coming out we cant stand a single minute outside the showroom, I suggest the Ford people to shift from their bcoz the showroom is on the slap of drainage water

Very poor in communicating with customers on updates. Half service. They never opened the back wheels but says rear breaks were cleaned. Gomechanic advertise something and on reality something else. Will never go with these services again..
