I Inquired about CERAMIC coating at Ceramic Pro and also at 3M. I was surprised to hear two different versions of answers from both.
Later, I did complete research in Google and learnt that what 3M has suggested is Correct.
Ceramic Coating is NOT A SCRATCH PROOF, scratches does exist provided the Gloss on your Car will remain for a longer duration and also helps in Hydrophobhic feature.
This is the reason why people rely on 3M rather than newly opened hunky-dory detailing store.
