Sorry...not good..staff not good enough to just apologize for their own mistake for concave to convex lenses in spectacles. I'm not even bothered for asking for a replacement or refund. But the way they point and talk to their customers is utter rubbish. So I'd preferably give a -5 star which is not available in Google.

The frame didn't last for 3 months.. when I bought it I was promised that the frame has a warranty of 1 year but when I went back with the problem the concerned person said it was my fault that I have put pressure on the specs and for that I have to buy a new pair. Simply wasted my money.
