If you are interested in yoga I highly recommend yogpunj. She is a wonderful teacher and person. Rekha ji helping beginners and those with health issues or limitations. I have gained a wealth of information and help from her. She has helped me with my practice to the point.

I started my online yoga class with Arya team in Sept, 2020 and still going on. A certified trainer is my mentor, who is well versed in his job. It is the kind of place I have been looking for. I had never thought that yoga can be so much fun - Thanks to the dedicated and well experienced trainers, for them it’s not just a business or job but it’s there passion and same passion/ energy they transfer in every student.
This place has very positive vibes which impacts overall mind and body.
The personal attention they provide makes it super easy for beginners too! Absolutely love working out at Arya Yoga every morning...

Was looking for yoga classes specially who conduct yoga sessions for PCOS online. Came across Mindhouse and thought my search has ended.
Tried to speak to someone from Mindhouse to know more about the course. Msgd them twice asking for more details. I was informed will get the call in within a day but there was no response for them.
Few days later I received a forward from them and I clearly informed not to call me or send forwards as I am not interested.
Still today I received call. Guys please if you cannot be professional then stop wasting our time. If we cant trust you to call us back how do you expect us to trust you with the services that you are providing??
