Got 60 minute deep tissue massage was wonderful- I have neck and muscle pains ..she worked out these and I felt so much better immediately afterwards.. products they used had a nice decent and the rooms were soothing and relaxing with very comfortable beds and relaxing music.
Facilities are very nice.
Would highly recommend a golden spa gurgaon for the massage

got Abhiyanga Luxury therapy which involves usage of hot oils massage from head to toe. I feel very light and lively after the therapy. My skin feels hydrated, rejuvenated & supple. The interiors, aroma & light music was simply pleasant and perfect. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The worst experience I had with my recent spa session there...basically this is not a luxury kind of spa they are running this for some another reason or business I think...the therapist will ask you after 20 mins if you want extra service or not and by any reason if you deny you will experience different level of harassment and she will stop doing massage and will say it's over now you should go...no one should visit this place for free too..I had booked session for 60 mins while I got massage for 30 mins only…worst experience ever

I was little skeptical about the idea of taking massage in India although i take it very often in a place I live(Canada),then I headed to Emerald Spa, the massure knew the perfect effleurage, compression, friction techniques and has the good knowledge of pressure points. Now this is my second time I am visiting this place,they have a decent Male and female massure available.

People leave before closing time of 8pm, especially in winters.
They DO NOT have a la carte options anymore. Even if u want to get your arms waxed you will HAVE to take a package for waxing of arms AND legs. Even if you dont want to get your legs waxed! Most ridiculous imposition ever by any service. They think their customers will bend to this imposition even when their competition within 5-10 metres doesnt have these ridiculous impositions?!
Hygiene standards are not great.
