Total fraud DTDC service at this location. Better avoid.
My father went to ship a parcel which weighs 5.3 kgs to Pune from Guntur. A lady charged 360 per kg, for 5.3 kgs a total of 1800 INR paid. When I inquired Vijayawada regarding per kg, they told Rs.180 per KG for the same service. When we go back to this location and check regarding the difference of rate, the lady is screaming and scolding. She bluntly said this is our rate, do what ever you want.

Worst courier service
They are not interested in delivering the governor documents and no replay for the questions.
I request government to change the sevice.
