Poor service, you will have to make 100+ calls to talk to them, they will commit to collect the sample nd then stop picking up the calls. Chinese kits which is not recommend.

They are misguiding people I have been trying for covid test from Past many days. They will just for formalities ask your area pin code and then will say slot is not available in your area for home collection. Just now one lady from Mumbai she said slot is not available till 14th of may. How can people book test for next two weeks in advance. Just waste of time.

Pathetic experience of Covid 19 test, today i went there with my wife for test and we waited there for 5 hours just for test.
No arrangements for sitting, even after letting them know that not that well, wherein we can stand in a queue for hours.
We are paying amount and we expect something in return, atleast a chair for persons not able to stand for long time.
If that Is what we would get so i would prefer Government Lab as free of cost??
