We don't see Ford standards anywhere in Pahwa Ford. Ford is such a premium brand but staff recruited is not upto even maruti standards. We get better experience in Maruti & Hyundai workshops. There is only 1 dealer in faridabad of Ford now. I have top diesel model of EcoSport Diesel. Car is excellent but staff and hygienic sense in customer lounge is the worst I seen in last 1y years in Delhi NCR. Visited at least 6 brands workshops. Ford company should pull up the Pahwa Ford management. First they made me wrong commitments while selling me this car. Really disappointed by dealer and the brand. Though Ford EcoSport is must buy car in this segment.
