doctors in dental department are not good.meri ek dental problem ke unhone one hour me 4-5 alag alag karan bataye.or ek bhi sahi nahi tha.management should take notice of it.doctors are for public welfare,not for cheating money.many of staff are aware of it.management ko bhi dhyan dena chhahiye.

I got my one of my tests done, they said the report will be emailed after 12 PM anytime putting a false hope and keeping the person wait and then I called in the morning , they gave me a reason that sometimes the person's names goes missing so asked me to call back again to get the report. This is their service. Really disappointed, won't ever recommend to anybody. On the other hand the gate keeper would ask you for some goose if you need the report early or according to you.
Worst experience.

They were good but last few months they are not punctual and late by 30-35 minutes from appointment time and it causes immense inconvenience for the patients

Very very bad services only doctors are best rest of the staff like TPA/ Penal, nursing staff, billing couter and TPA claim settlement department are useless. I didn't get support from any above department. Doctor recommend discharge of patient but no one is doing his job honestly. I have to wait 6 long hours to discharge my patient and have to follow every department but no response. I will never recommend this hospital to any one in future.
