I had a very bad experience at BENSUPS , My wife went one treatment at this hospital. we were called at 12:00 Noon and she does not supposed to eat anything before this minor surgery.Doct. gave us another time, 5:30 p.m. and guess what ?? Doct arrived at 7:30 pm. My wife was without food whole day, Authorities kept on saying, dr. is coming in next 10 mins, next 15 mins and so on. Above this, my wife was taken inside at 2 pm. and no family member was allowed to meet for more than 5 mins. until we forced them to allow us to be with her.
Few negligence s as well, it happened 2 times that glucose bottle was connected but not working and nobody noticed this. They need to improve.

She is par excellence. If you want a normal delivery, you are at the right place in the right hands. She is the best gynecologist not only in Delhi but in Gurgaon also. She knows her bit best and can be relied upon with closed eyes. I myself delivered a month before and in her adept hands, had a normal delivery. I was taken care of, throughout my pregnancy and whenever I had a problem, I fell back on her. I got her instant support. If you want a carefree pregnancy, head for Dr Sutopa. I am very much satisfied with the treatment given to me in this particular clinic . Doctor is very sympathetic and caring. The place is very neat and hygienic with no typical hospital smell. Nurses and other staffs are also well behaved and quite helpful..above all I am amazed with the doctor's behaviour as she hears my problem very patiently..I will visit again n again if I suffer from any gynecological ailments..
