Mindcare is as necessary as our physical well-being . I went for counseling and realised how important it is . We know when we have fever but can't tell what kind same with our mental health . In my suggestion everyone should ho for counseling atleast once in 6 month .
Dr sheenam is well experienced and diagnose without any biases . First step is always a step outside comfort zone.

One of the best occupational therapists in West Delhi. He has good experience how to handle children because different child has different problems. His politeness and soft speaking has also added advantage in the experience. His clinic location is easy to locate. My child has weakness in writing and other problems, he gained a lot during the period under his therapy.

He is the BEST that's what I say basis my experience. His diagnosis is spot on which is a concern these days. Not a good doctor, I admitted my father for cyst in liver, otherwise he was not having any problem but doctor was saying operation is must and only 2% life risk in this operation, very simple operation, but after more than 12hr operation he was saying 50-50 chance and send him in ICU, than next day 20%, than after that he expired in ICU in Apollo.
