Dr listen patiencely to your problem and diagnose with keeping patient in full confidence that you will be fine.
I came up with chest infection due to allergies that are blocking my nose and a sore throat.

I visited them for my ear issue. Doctor is ok but the staff technician is uncourteous and do unwanted blabbering. If their prime customer comes, you will get ignored Their receipt do not seen genuine and report mention name of doctor which is not their. I would not recommend it to anybody.

Wow what a doctor! I visited blk for my hearing problem and doc neha sood mentioned on the prescription that no hearing loss according to the patient. If a patient didn't have a problem then why would he pay you visit with 2k fees? She didn't even correct her mistake instead she made me wait for 3 whole hours and behaved rudely. That was the last time I went to blk hospital.phew!

No professionalism, Dr gives you appointment dates and they are on leave that they without any prior information.. Alternate Doctors charge high fees.. Its hospital's responsibility to provide you alternative options in case of any emergency but they find it money earning option.. I am wasting my time and taking off from my office is to visit hospital and they do this.. No value of patients and their time. Not providing solutions as well.
Initially this is the best hospitals for eyes but now all are privatise and focusing of making money.

Very very bad services only doctors are best rest of the staff like TPA/ Penal, nursing staff, billing couter and TPA claim settlement department are useless. I didn't get support from any above department. Doctor recommend discharge of patient but no one is doing his job honestly. I have to wait 6 long hours to discharge my patient and have to follow every department but no response. I will never recommend this hospital to any one in future.

Good if you are a BPL and cannot affort a better treatment elsewhere.Same tests and investigations are repeated and the patient is not given a copy of the findings,unless he insists hard.Has a well laid out systems but there is a disconnect between subsystems.
