I had severe back pain from past 5 years , i had visited many physiotherapy centres before but i was not happy with the treatment they had provided me. I was highely impressed with the service they have provied me. i was lucky enough to visit this clinic. i am thankful for this center to cured my back pain , now i am able to resume my daily activity.

I booked for Their Attendant service whiley father was admitted for a Surgery at Max Saket 8 pm-8am. The first night they kept telling us he's on his way till 1045 pm . After calling them 30 times the attendant came at 1045 pm for a 8 pm shift.
Once again we are at max Saket and I made a booking and again their response is the same . It's 9 pm and no attendent has shown up. First they all act surprised as if no one knows what's happening . Then atleast 3 different persons will call you telling you someone is on the way . Then if someone shows up ...thank your Stars.
Totally disappointing considering this service is offered as a MAX CARE facility

Extremely poor service, collected the sample at 5 pm Friday evening and promised to deliver the report by 2 pm but did not deliver by Saturday evening 6 pm, the report has not been delivered despite reminding them multiple times about the urgency at the time of collection of the sample and during the day.
One more thing, half of the positive reviews are fake here, you can see one review by SRL as well (the fellow forgot to switch the login).
