Most unprofessional, rude and incompetent.
The staff feels they are 'adhikaris' of some high level specially the lady at the registration counter. Needs strict administrative reforms.

Within 2 days medicine I got relief from my disease.I had so much pain in whole body due to CA breast.lung & neck. I went under surgery Twice in neck.got radiation therapy 8 Chemotherapy. Due to strong chemo my heart became weak ,no improvement through all these procedure .my physical & mental condition was going down day by day.

Staff behavior very rude including nurse tooo... if patient is in emergency they need slip first to see them...doctor are nice but nurse are very rude and the slip maker is very slow in his work

Generally found focus on the task at hand is not professional and undivided, typical sarkari place and same goes with the attitude of all people from Doctor till Handler. Okay if one can live with the slow pace, @times broken instruments and lax attitude. I guess reasonably priced and for places like these location near Home matters. Though they say 1.5 hrs for procedures but actual procedures are around 15-30 Minutes rest is wait time.
