Today I have visited to this place on the basis of the rating in google they have charged me 500 rupees for the new registration.Dr Roshi Satija don't know how to treat with the patient if we talk about the behavior was very impolite and rude she told me that you only do the treatment by yourself.
Don't go to this hospital blindly on the basis of the rating my personal experience was very very bad. Firstly they want to learn how to behave with the patient.They told me to do unwanted test which I have already done it before with all the reports I have.They are just simply making money that's all.
Think thrice before visit.

My experience was worst. My mother had taken appointment for consultation with Dr. Zulfikar (orthopedist). She waited for more than 1 hour but Dr. Zulfikar didn't came to consult my mother. Later on receptionist said that Dr. Zulfikar will not come today. It is my request to hospital administration to look after the issue and maje hospitalities better and appointment should be on time.

The Hospital is decent and homely, with great staff. however, the do something about the bill, the do not give you any split up, it's like some contract. Like you fix the bill with auto-waala type of thing! The billing is totally not transparent and not trust worthy.

I had a very bad experience at BENSUPS , My wife went one treatment at this hospital. we were called at 12:00 Noon and she does not supposed to eat anything before this minor surgery.Doct. gave us another time, 5:30 p.m. and guess what ?? Doct arrived at 7:30 pm. My wife was without food whole day, Authorities kept on saying, dr. is coming in next 10 mins, next 15 mins and so on. Above this, my wife was taken inside at 2 pm. and no family member was allowed to meet for more than 5 mins. until we forced them to allow us to be with her.
Few negligence s as well, it happened 2 times that glucose bottle was connected but not working and nobody noticed this. They need to improve.

Irresponsible staff and management. They do incorrect blood test..do not completely trust them. Nurses and staff are not trained enough. They do not treat well after the work is over.

Highly disappointing experience. There is a saying which fully applies on this hospital - नाम बड़े और दर्शन छोटे. Behaviour of most of the doctors and staff is unsympathetic to patients and their attendants. Sometimes they are even rude. Negligence in medial care is also visible. No service attitude only commercial.
