This shop was a much welcome respite from the hectic Bazar. They have a wonderful selection and the gent at the counter did a fantastic job at helping me with my selections. If you ever find yourself in Connaught Bazar, I highly recommend stopping in to support this vendor. I picked up some books that I would have never come across in the states :)

Most affordable in terms of international courier. I had to send sweets courier to France and other companies were charging Rs. 5000 for 1 kg box but these guys just charged 2100 for that and with fedex it was delivered within 3 days.

Great collection of books. And all at a reasonable discount. Neatly arranged according to sections. And staff helps to spot something you're looking for. Somewhat difficult to spot (given the basement location), but well known due to it's popularity. If you're a book lover, this place is a must visit.

Not professional at all...did not get enough cartons/big enough vehicle...they were short on staff too...did not help to unpack the big boxes..they damaged/broke ample crockery/artefacts while shifting from delhi to gurgaon despite being told to wrap them in bubble wrap....very disappointed!!

Pathetic service. Firstly they gave incomplete information regarding the prices. Then they charge 3000 extra taking commission on insurance also. Delivery is late as per promise, your life will be hell if you book through this fraud firm. The delivery is promised door to door but customer has to go and collect the vehicle by self.. They give transportation contract to third part and third party doesn't care for your stuff..

Best book store u have ever visited yet. I would love to go again there. Though it's at a secluded place where you won't expect it to be. But, once reaching here by Google maps you gonna love this book store and that smell of new books all around. It's a double floored book store where you will get any book from children's purpose to oldies. From Indian authors to foreign authors. I bought "Rumi- A new translation" and Gulzar's shayri collection from this book store. I got a huge discount also on MRP as I checked after coming back on home. It was a good deal. :)
