I just took service related hair smoothening from Avalon beauty salon two months back, they neither provided steam nor provided spa and the condition of my hair is really worst
They just damaged my hair... that time, it was looking good but after 1 month my hairs are really damaged and I didn’t even want to take other risk of going there and tell them to rectify their mistake....
I appreciate their customer service but don’t know about other things but going for smoothening at Avalon salon was my worst experience.
Hairs are the most important part of us and I will suggest everyone to not take risk going there and doing their smoothening...

Recently I spent Rs. 3749/- in your salon of I.P. Extension which is totally waste of money. I took some energized treatment, waxing and manicure & pedicure. FYI it was pathetic services i have ever had in my life. charges are expensive too. there is no worth to spent almost 4k in your salon where customer is asking to do this and that but still the staff person is not doing their job perfectly.
