One of the worst customer service. A gentleman by name of Daksh was least interested in selling us the car because he claimed that there are many customers waiting to buy Kia so he didn't care about new customers and he just left us stranded in the showroom. Requested a coffee which we never saw. A basic simple thing but just goes to show your customer service. Eventually after being disrespected we walked out of the showroom and will never buy a Kia if this is how their customer service is before buying a car. After purchase, it will be horrific.
Please don't take things for granted.
