I Gave my Skoda superb first time to them for service and it had problems from day 1 of getting it back. It seems they replaced the gear box which cost 6.5 lacs if replace from Skoda. I had to shell out huge amount and one month time to get it repaired, pathetic and not at all reliable. Spoke to Mr Sanjay as well as owner Mr Sumit, sent back car 3 times but nothing happened. Finally got it done from some other service station. DONT GO.

Good for regular service (Rs. 3500 for Petrol & Rs. 4500 for Diesel car) and wash (Rs. 300). Cooperative and experienced staff.
Should have a bit more area, since it becomes crowded and should have more space for waiting.

This is my most frustrating experience as no matter what issue that I go with, first they are not able to diagnose, then they add something as not working or faulty. Once you pay a hefty amount and feel like it's resolved, you get a shocker that now they have messed up with something they worked on. One error took 6 years for them to resolve and then it added a couple more which no one is able to diagnose. Have never got my car serviced from outside but now I feel like that was my mistake. A roadside mechanic can do a better job than this.

Please dont purchase any vehicle from him because i purchased renault pulse 2012 diesel top model from him on 21 march 2018 and still i didnt received any documents of car, before purchase i told him that i want NOC of car because i want it to transfer to another state an still i didnt received NOC, RC or any type of papers, every time when i called him he cut my call even dont reply on msgs or whenever i visit to his shop he gave me a unique reason like" abhi sarkari chutiya thi, thodi problem chal rahi h etc", please dont trust him they are fraud.
