I Gave my Skoda superb first time to them for service and it had problems from day 1 of getting it back. It seems they replaced the gear box which cost 6.5 lacs if replace from Skoda. I had to shell out huge amount and one month time to get it repaired, pathetic and not at all reliable. Spoke to Mr Sanjay as well as owner Mr Sumit, sent back car 3 times but nothing happened. Finally got it done from some other service station. DONT GO.

No coordination between departments. We were asked to come for test drive and later informed that the automatic version we were told that the car had issues and wasn't available for test drive.
GM had no clue about this issue and she took it very casually. No courtesy towards a customer who travelled 15 km for a test drive.

Dear all, I want to spread this awareness about Fiat motors and their service partner Landmark motors in Delhi. I sent my vehicle for a regular services (30k kms) and got surprised by the way they charged me for the servicing. On a bill of 11018rs I was charged 6000rs as Labour without any intimation of services they performed on the car. Moreover just next day the car AC stopped working. I also escalated this to FCA India but all my efforts in vain. Please share this with your friends to ensure they do not waste their money on Fiat vehicles as they loot their customers in services. I regret buying one myself.
