First time seeing a variety of Falooda in the Menu.... The falooda was really delicious and the price is reasonable... The person in charge of the shop was treating every customers as a guest in a good manner.. The place had good ambience...We tried sundae and brownie and it was also top class.... Best place to some classic and yummy shakes . My all time favourite is black current and jackfruit shakes . Though it is a small shop service is good .Parking is a concern.Need to park in smaller side roads and walk.

Staff needs a course on customer interaction in line with Polar Bear outlet standards. Some basic training required. Also latest visit sandwich items were not available. Surprising that such a big ice cream chain does not stock up.
