I had issue where the staff at studio didn't send e copy to email which they promised. Later I called to number provided in Google, it looks like its shop owner number, he helped me sort this out in a min. This 5 star for his service.

A good place for the photo needs, they print quickly and the results are good, but the reception desk needs to improve a lot. Though they respond well, it is not we normally expect in a valuable place like this, interiors of the studio is stunning but there could be someone in the reception desk at all time and respond in a better way to the customers. Since the customers who are ready to pay a little excess compared to other places will expect a little elegant behaviour of the staff at reception.

They print photographs, sell digital cameras. The showroom is swanky but the service could be a lot better. Once badly messed-up my visiting card printing order & didn't even respond to a complaint.

I will highly recommend Image Photography. Our overall experience was excellent. photos were good and good quality printing, team is knowledgeable ( immigration, new passport or renewal, visa). They are honest, trustworthy and straight forward.They take care of each of their client's in a timely manner, very professional at what they do in a friendly and welcoming environment.
