Liked the place a very lot but staff management is not good all money sekers nd the important thing is they treat us like boys hostel not allowed to go out at night if management was good then its really a great place nd food in the cusine is really great kindly improve ur staff management other than that its a nyz place with a decent swimming pool

One of the best places to enjoy delicious food and a wonderful and peaceful time with friends and family. What I loved about it is the service by staff and the care that is taken into ensuring that we are comfortable. We tried the veg platter which was as good as any non veg platter. Also some delicious desserts. If you want some quality time with family and friends along with delicious food go right ahead.

Good veg restaurant with affordable price. Though they charge more for idli they give varieties of chutney and Vada curry. Tastes of sambar chutney differ from place to place. They have AC dine in room too.

Ambience was good. We found a cockroach in food and reported, then new food was served to us. I personally feel that as a well developed hotel they should be aware of what is being cooked.

Stayed at suit room. Very spacious but design lacked modern element. Staff behaviour was good and the complementary buffet breakfast was also good. It's a good space to visit with family. Well maintained. Table tennis table, football and cricket bats are available there. Though no big play grounds are available, you can have fun playing with these on the grass.

Compact and nice hall everything Is good but guest rooms are little bit unfurnished , air-conditioning also not that much satisfied but it's ok , this hall having lift that's big plus point , parking are also available for bikes ,in that parking lot approximately more than 60-70 bikes are able to park ,but car parking facilities is not Available just 2 or 3 car only able to park there.everything is good .

This Marriage Hall is located at walkable distance from Villivakkam Railway Station and the Bus Stand. But from the Railway Station, the Road or Lane is very narrow and we have to wade through people.
Hall is comparatively modern. Lift is available. Hall is very moderate in size and may be suitable for functions with only upto 200 guests.
Inspite of my efforts I couldn't locate the Rest Rooms and there are no indicative Boards.

I totally disappointed about hotel Shelter service because I stayed here for one week as for business visit. The quality of service is very bad and no one can't response us for our need. Food quality also very bad even television not recharged properly. I request a service frequently for television but that one week I didn't have any solution. But they focus for money. Worst place I ever seen.
Don't go there because waste of money.
Management should take am action against the service providers and train your staffs to how to treat the customera royally.

They have renovated during the corona lockdown and rooms have been covid cautious and neatly maintained.
