My complaint wasn't even recorded because the person on the phone hung up on me before that. I did not know that you don't take calls for servicing chimneys and are only taking service complaints for other electronic items. All the customer care person had to do was to be polite (because I was super nice to her) and give me the right number to dial - if not out of duty, at least out of humanity. Sorry, I will not delete my comment.
Very rude staff on the phone. Unwilling to help and they slammed the phone on my face...TWICE.

The guy works professionally.. no nonsense, doesn't over charge. And service is quick as well.I gave my grinder at one service centre, they asked for 1900 for repair. Here, I got the motor replaced for 850. And I got it back on same day. They have most spares and stuff, so can be rest assured of quick delivery.

Worst service. The person changes spare parts unnecessarily. Then won't respond if machine starts malfunctioning
