I was introduced to this hospital by Dr.Kavitha who is working in KMC. I visited this hospital by holding my last hope and needless to mention that I gained the confidence after meeting Dr.Bharathi. She was patient enough to listen to me. Most importantly, she knew what needed to do. Though the treatment cost was quite expensive than I expected, it was worth. I like the way the doctor and her staffs take care of their patients.

Unfortunately, we did not get proper response or follow up regarding the treatment. I tried to reach the doctor and spoke to him a couple of times, but he did not follow up to arrange for a physiotherapy session and did not respond upon a reminder as well. We have not been able to rate their medical service yet, but their communication and coordination is not up to the mark.

When I had a shoulder pain, visited a few doctors only to be told, that I need to under go surgery. I was concerned and confused and was very hesitant. While visiting Dr. Naveen at SCOT... I was told that I did not need surgery. His initial investigation showed swelling which other doctors had seen. In the end, he prescribed a few tablets and physiotherapy which solved my pain. The clarity and ease followed by his weekly follow up made me comfortable. I highly recommend him.
