Absolutely horrendous service, make a fool out of customers and do not even give honest replies and waste all your time to just keep calling them for callbacks and their working methods are just a disgrace for all the medical workers that have made us proud over the last 6 months or so.
Never trust them for your friends or family, NEVER.
They are an absolute useless company for disgnostics.

I had called for home collection, the person was on time and polite but he did not sanitise his hands, and no gloves felt very bad and even broke needle seal without informing. Hope they improve. But tests were reported very quickly and on time.

The appointment process was confusing and unreliable. We went for a MRI scan and they said they would be able to accommodate us and would give us a call in 2 hours. They never called us and we were also never able to able reach them. We went there in person and they told us that they won't be able to do scan until 3 hours later.
In the end, we opted for a different place to do the scans.

They definitely make Marine medicals more easier. But very very poor interms of professionalism, quality, hygiene etc. The washroom used for urine sampling doesn't have water.....The building is a third rated one. The guy who does the check doesnt appear to be a doctor. Avoid if you really can. Actual authorised dcotor whose name appears to be a lady is never ever seen in somany years.
