Very worst employees one of petrol card selling people came to me and asked about to buy a new petrol card i said no i don't want but when I came to fill up the petrol that guy has arrived to me and asked see there this is the card but at that time the petrol has filled by Rs.200 i have shocked and that guy has smiling to me it's really irritating to me i have never seen like this better ekayars bp should look of his and should left out his job this is my pain how was the people like this behavior i don't know..... Kindly pls note and see on CCTV camera what have they employees are doing in petrol bunk i have disappointed on this i will never again visit on this petrol bunk

As always the petrol bunk is well maintained, staff are clean, and follow the dress code. They make sure to standard procedure however not sure if the petrol was filled as per my request as it did not cover the distance as it normally does. (Based on the previous experience). Beware of the au try authenticity.

1. Fuel is costlier than any other pump. Especially diesel.
2. Attendants are competitive with each other which causes issues.
3. Non trained staff mostly.
4. Experienced staff make snide remarks behind the customers back.
5. When there are 2 other pumps before ESSAR, why go here to ruin the day?!

Filling petrol is not the issue, they have nitrogen air and for filling that you have to wait, most of the time, the staff is not available and today when I came for fuelling, the staff is not even polite in speaking, though I am a regular here, planning to change

Though the fuel price is more compared to other shell outlets, you can still opt here rather than going for Iocl/bp pumps.

I believe that Shell does dispense better fuel . Logic is simple. Its not an Indian company at all so they need to maintain an overall standard so that when they are audited they dont run into trouble.
As for better mileage ,well good fuel mean cleaner combustion and that can help in some better mileage but you cannot expect more than 1-2kmpl more(in case of a car).

Those people who work in the petrol bunk will try to cheat you by entering the less digit in machine and they get amount they will use to distract you by chit chatting with you so be careful with those people!!!!

We were waiting in a bay for fueling in your ekaduthangal petrol bunk. No one came to fill petrol. Each staff is pointing others to do. I had to go and inform them in the shop. Again no one came to fill. Poor service. I left without fueling. Poor treatment by your bunk staffs.
